Recruiting: Moderators - Read within

I'm going to keep this as tldr as possible here because there really isn't any need for fluff. This subreddit has had an influx of users over the past few months, even more-so now that Valve have announced CS2. That menas we are going to attempt to increase the amount on the mod team and attempt to improve the subreddit to boot. Some examples of what we're looking for: Know the games. There won't be a quiz for this but at least be a little bit invested to the point where you are moderating the sub as you enjoy the games. Be a good communicator. English as a fluency is a requirement as that is the language of this subreddit, if you can speak more languages that's great but not required. Be able to make good judgements. Based on the current ruleset (which might change) you should be able to make decisions on what posts do or don't stay. The same applies to users. The desire to keep this subreddit well within the true spirit of it. This isn't a single-game specific subreddit, help keep it that way.
