Recruiting: Moderators - Read within

I'm going to keep this as tldr as possible here because there really isn't any need for fluff. This subreddit has had an influx of users over the past few months, even more-so now that Valve have announced CS2. That menas we are going to attempt to increase the amount on the mod team and attempt to improve the subreddit to boot. Some examples of what we're looking for: Know the games. There won't be a quiz for this but at least be a little bit invested to the point where you are moderating the sub as you enjoy the games. Be a good communicator. English as a fluency is a requirement as that is the language of this subreddit, if you can speak more languages that's great but not required. Be able to make good judgements. Based on the current ruleset (which might change) you should be able to make decisions on what posts do or don't stay. The same applies to users. The desire to keep this subreddit well within the true spirit of it. This isn't a single-game specific subreddit, help keep it that way. Weird "maps" on CS2 LIMITED BETA.

I have gotten access to the Counter-Strike 2 beta and decided to do some exploring and found these "maps". "Playable" maps: graphic_settings templates\env_particle_glow_template This is exciting too. Probably templates for the new developing tools. templates\env_sun_entity_template templates\env_sun_entity_template This one has multiple suns and a moon! Do not know how to disable the purple effect :( Unplayable maps: de_dust2_vanity ui/buy_menu prefabs\de_dust2\de_dust2_skybox ui\inspect_case This is really interesting since you cannot open cases in this version of the game. Missing textures appear to be from Nuke. ui\inspect_displayitem prefabs\misc\team_select Only visible in mat_fullbright 1 editor\toolscene_lighting_de_nuke_day_empty Has Dust version too could not find the red entities. ui\inspect_spray ui\acknowledge_item ui\inspect_item ui\inspect_weapon is more or less the same but with an ak insted of "item". These has more variations. I just found these ones most interesting.
